3 Phases of H.E.R.O.

H.E.R.O. utilizes a 3 phase approach for serving the most disenfranchised youth in Haiti.  This video describes the framework that H.E.R.O. uses to provide housing, education, and rehabilitation for the orphans and street children of Haiti.
